Acknowledgement
In the case that possession of the rental is not given on the first day of the lease commencement it will not affect in any way the validity of the Tenancy Agreement or the obligations of the Tenant. In addition, the landlord should not be subject to any liability to the applicant and the applicant will get possession as soon as the landlord is able to deliver it. The rent will be prorated until possession of the rental unit is claimed by the Tenant and the Landlord will pay any difference to the tenant. It is agreed that in the case this Application is rejected, the Landlord will not be required to give reasons therefore.
